Our fully-certified engineers conduct a thorough inspection of your entire system, check all components, install the latest firmware updates, and ensure your UPS is in prime condition.

For long-term protection, we recommend covering your UPS under a dedicated maintenance plan, which includes regular Preventative Maintenance Visits (PMVs). That said, we understand every organisation's circumstances are different — so UPS Health Checks are also available on an ad-hoc basis, with no ongoing contract required. Even if you aren't covered by an ongoing maintenance contract with Riello UPS, we provide UPS Health Checks on an ad-hoc basis. We also offer PMV-only maintenance agreements for those who prefer a focused, scheduled approach.

• Visual test: thorough inspection of the installed UPS system and battery set

• Physical tests: review of all electrical connections, with thermal imaging included as standard to detect heat-related issues

• Download and comprehensive review of UPS history logs
